The Feria del Alto Turia in Chelva takes place from 24 to 25 October 2026 in this town in the province of Valencia. This event brings together producers, artisans, and businesses from the area to highlight local products and heritage. The festival takes over from the former Festival de Otoño del Alto Turia and features proposals linked to the Alto Turia Biosphere Reserve brand.
Historical origins and tradition
Driven by the Mancomunidad del Alto Turia in collaboration with the Chelva Town Hall, the fair aims to continue showcasing the traditions of this inland area. During the event, artisan trades are displayed, such as the work of weavers from various municipalities. Additionally, the programme includes educational activities on beekeeping, science, and nature, with workshops on solar observation and fossil replicas.
